These Terms govern your use of our platforms, including our website, WhatsApp ordering, and any service related to the retail, wholesale, and logistics of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.


2. Services Provided

We operate three main service divisions:

  • Retail (QuickMart): Purchase household essentials in single units or curated bundles.

  • Wholesale (Quick Bulk): Order FMCGs in volume for resale or institutional use.

  • Logistics (QuickMove): Deliver FMCGs for individuals, vendors, and corporate clients.

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location or order volume.


3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent/guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.


4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, phone calls, or in-person.

  • Payment methods include bank transfers, online payments, and cash (for verified customers only).

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification or confirmation of eligibility for Pay on Delivery.

  • Prices may vary based on location, product availability, or volume.


5. Delivery Policy

  • Retail Deliveries: Within 1–24 hours in major Lagos areas.

  • Wholesale Deliveries: Same-day dispatch if ordered before noon; otherwise, next-day.

  • Logistics Fulfillment: Scheduled based on location and package size.

We strive to meet delivery timelines but do not guarantee exact delivery hours due to traffic, availability, or external factors.


6. Refunds and Returns

  • Goods can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days, where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to reject refunds for items opened, used, or damaged by the customer.


7. Customer Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Ensure availability to receive packages during delivery hours

  • Treat delivery personnel with respect

  • Use products responsibly and follow usage guidelines

9. Limitation of Liability

One Dot Quick Delivery NG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our services or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
